Michael W. Smith - This Is Your Time

A beautiful song in memory of Cassie Bernall, the Columbine High School student who was killed in the 1999 tragedy for professing her faith in God.

Carrie Underwood - How Great Thou Art

Here is a video of Carrie Underwood singing a gorgeous rendition of the hymn How Great Thou Art at the Grand Ole Opry - enjoy!

Amazing Grace and the Black Keys

Below is a clip from GodTube featuring Wintley Phipps, President of the US Dream Academy - an organization for children of prisoners … “If the mountain was smooth you couldn’t climb it … Five black notes per scale on the piano and you can play almost any Negro Spiritual by playing just the black notes … Slave Ship Captain, John Newtown, penned the words for Amazing Grace after he became a Christian but the melody was based on the West African Sorrow Chant he heard rising from the belly of the slave ships he sailed …”

Good Bye Miss Daisy

Below is a four minute clip filmed by Father Chip that documents the demolition of the house next-door. It was filmed and photographed by FC in 2007 and both the pics and video come together in this multi-track short - e.g., every 10 seconds there is a new picture showing the house, arrival of the CAT, the removal of the overhang, then the jaws of the wrecker tearing away at the structure. Each picture plays for about 5 seconds solo, then is followed by a “picture-in-picture (pip)” of the video footage of the event. Note the fascinating streaks of light - almost as if the Heavens were shining with farewell appreciation - enjoy!
